We have a fantastic opportunity for a Framework Coordinator to join our SPaTS3 Framework team within Consulting. This role will provide essential administrative, coordination and reporting support to help the framework operate smoothly, accurately and consistently.
The role
The Framework Coordinator will support the day-to-day running of the SPaTS3 Framework by maintaining trackers, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, supporting governance activity and assisting with bid administration. The role will be an important point of support for the Framework Pursuit Coordinator, Framework Manager and wider bid teams.
What you will be doing
Framework Administration and Data Management
- Maintain framework registers, trackers, action logs and data sets, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Update records for opportunities, call-offs, awards, submissions, deadlines and key milestones.
- Support the preparation of regular framework performance and assurance reports.
- Help ensure framework documentation is well organised, complete, accessible and auditable.
Governance and Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate framework meetings, bid meetings and governance forums, including diary management, agendas, papers and action logs.
- Capture actions, decisions and follow-ups clearly and ensure owners are reminded of upcoming deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for bid panels, opportunity reviews and internal approvals.
- Support mobilisation administration once opportunities are approved.
Bid Administration and Submission Support
- Support bid teams with document control, version management, compliance checks and submission logistics.
- Help prepare bid folders, templates, timelines, clarification logs and review packs.
- Track contributor inputs, review comments and outstanding actions to support timely completion of submissions.
- Carry out basic formatting, proofreading and quality checks to ensure submissions are professional and compliant.
Continuous Improvement Support
- Support updates to bid templates, trackers, lessons learned logs and framework process documents.
- Help capture feedback from bids and governance activity to improve future ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to make administrative processes clearer, more consistent and easier to use.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, project support, PMO or bid support role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and information sources.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with trackers, records, documents and deadlines.
- Good written communication skills and confidence preparing clear notes, actions and simple reports.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach, with willingness to learn bid and framework processes.
- Experience in a regulated, public-sector, consultancy or infrastructure environment desirable but not essential.
